Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

  • Standard shipping: 5–9 business days after processing.
  • Some items ship directly from our partners and may arrive separately or take slightly longer. Estimated delivery is always shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Once an order ships, delivery is handled by the carrier and timing may vary due to factors outside our control.

International shipping
We currently ship to [LIST COUNTRIES — e.g. United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia]. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–20 business days. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Delays
Occasionally, shipments are delayed by carrier issues, weather, or high-demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at glowyard.store@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Wrong or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
