Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with any seals intact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For the health and safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on the following once opened or used: grooming products (shampoos, sprays, wipes), supplements and treats, and any personal-care or consumable goods. Used or worn items such as brushes, combs, collars, and similar accessories are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within the 30-day window. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
