Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Within the U.S., rates and delivery windows for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are calculated at checkout.
How much does international shipping cost?
It’s calculated live at checkout by the carrier — DHL Express or USPS — based on your address and what’s in your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Nothing is estimated after the fact.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Possibly. Canada, Australia, and the U.K. each set their own import thresholds, and any duties or taxes are charged by your country and collected at delivery. They aren’t included in what you pay us.
How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
